Lamar Goodenough started working with web content and information architecture in 1998. Her roles have evolved with the industry, increasingly focusing on UX and user research. As a team director for Digital Wave®, a small web consulting firm, she has had opportunities to help clients move both products and processes into more evidence based, user centric experiences which enrich the lives of both users and organizations. Lamar holds an MA in Creative Writing, has a Nielsen Norman Group Certification in User Experience, serves on her company’s EDI Working Group, and has been a student of Non-Violent Communication since 2019.
