For the last 15+ years Kody Kasper has worked at large scale enterprises like; State Farm, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, McGraw Hill Education and Marriott International. Kody is a Human Factors Certified (HFI), growth-minded leader; and he’s currently the UX Strategy Director at State Farm. He specializes in building teams and driving success through design thinking methodologies, creative problem solving, experimentation, planning, and execution of innovative visions for both physical and digital.
