Keith Anderson has been a content strategist, professional technical communicator and user advocate for more than 20 years. He has worked for Suredoc, Sprint, and Sabre Corporation. He is also co-chair of the Big Design Conference and actively involved in the Dallas/Fort Worth creative community.
