Kat Jayne is a Principal Consultant at Fathom Consulting, a human-centered design firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She brings over 15 years of professional experience to her client work, including user experience (UX) research, information architecture, design thinking, service and application design, and strategic facilitation. She entered the field of human-centered design by way of taxonomies, metadata, and information design and enjoys thinking deeply about clients’ challenges and helping them solve complex problems. Kat holds a Master of Library and Information Science from The College of St. Catherine and bachelor’s degrees in library science and French from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire.
