Joshua Palay is a UX Design Manager who has led teams and projects at Google, AOL, CACI, Navy Federal Credit Union, and Fannie Mae. His work creating the IA and UX for the Navy Federal Intranet was recently recognized in the Ragan’s Intranet Awards with “Navy Federal Credit Union is as close to perfect as intranets get.” At Fannie Mae, he is bringing service design and design thinking to the secondary mortgage market by leading the effort to better integrate research into the sprint/design process. He lives in Ashburn, Virginia with his wife, two kids, and muppet-like dog.
