Jeff Parks is a senior management consultant specializing in service design. He is currently Co-Owner at Kina’ole Inc, a boutique management consulting company, and has consulted for Rogers Communications, DIGIA UX, Alcatel-Lucent, and the Public Service Alliance of Canada. He was also CEO/Business Architect of the Canadian division of the Denmark based International design firm, FatDUX. Jeff holds degrees in Psychology and Social Work, focusing on Cognitive and Behavioral Psychology, as well as a post-graduate degree in Information Technology
