Jacqui Olkin

Jacqui Olkin is an IA/UX consultant and owner of Olkin Communications Consulting since 2004. Personally she specializes in leading digital design projects, UX strategy, user research, information architecture, taxonomy, and content strategy/governance. She is engaged in the conversation about the values that guide responsible and ethical IA practice, which she hopes will yield a widely adopted statement of professional values. Jacqui makes her home outside Washington, D.C., and has been a Washington Nationals full-season ticket holder and fanatic since the team’s inaugural season–long before she dared dream of the World Series.
