Gail Swanson is a user experience professional and strategist with two decades of experience making digital things. She’s worked the gamut from in-house enterprise teams to digital agencies, from new-to-UX organizations to seasoned agile orgs, nudging humans and businesses forward. She likes to say, “I help people figure sh*t out without blowing themselves up.”

As an integrative thinker, Gail teaches an outcome focused approach that recognizes unique situations and maintains human centered principles. She has worked with companies such as Visa, Hyatt, Target, and the National Museum of African American History and Culture. She built the strategy practice at 18F, and is currently doing strategy and design for U.S. Government innovation programs.
