An experienced UX generalist, Gabby Hon honed her skills over 16 years on a wide variety of clients and projects, both full time, and freelance. From strategy to wireframes, ethnographic research to usability testing, business analysis to facilitation — she engages deeply with each problem space to define the needs of both business and customer.

Additionally, Gabby is a Certified Scrum Product Owner, who has led multidisciplinary teams developing software for K-12 education.
