Bill Banks is a UX leader and practitioner who’s been designing user-centered digital experiences for over 18 years. He possesses strong capabilities across the full spectrum of experience design; UX research and strategy, journey mapping & user flows, design systems, native & responsive mobile design patterns, prototyping, and usability testing.
A design thinker, Bill’s empathetic communication style, propensity for mentorship, attention to detail, and eclectic background contribute to successful projects across a broad range of sectors. Bill has a BA from DePaul University focused on Human-Computer Interaction.
