Basil White is a policy analyst at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Washington, DC, in the Office of Policy and Interagency Collaboration. He has a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, and is a fellow of the Partnership for Public Service’s Excellence in Government Fellowship. He has an M.A. in Science Writing from Johns Hopkins University, and a B.A. in Technical Writing and Experimental Psychology from the University of Memphis.
