As an experience and product leader, John has built and led many interdisciplinary teams, helping organizations tackle important strategic and operational challenges. He supports collaborative practices that create experiences that inform, empower, and achieve better outcomes—for people and for businesses. He has long been a champion of good experience practices and mature collaborative processes to deliver and maintain resilient digital architectures, environments, and tools.

He is currently working on behavioral analytics and qualitative research methods and tools for monitoring, measuring, and quantifying productivity and quality of experience.
