We’ll explore what creates confidence, what creates doubt, and how to close that gap in your own positioning.

The goal of the lab is to surface the less-visible dynamics that influence hiring outcomes—risk reduction, narrative clarity, level alignment, and perceived scope—and help you translate those insights into more intentional positioning.

By the end of the session, participants will:
