Bill is currently writing a book on the History of the Button, in which he chronicles how we progressed from telegraphs and cameras and flashlights, to old school radio buttons and remote controls, all the way through their digital explosion today. Expect it early in 2027. As a lifelong designer at places like Zendesk, GE Digital, Simple Finance, and Ziba Design, Bill experienced designing for both sides of the story, giving him a unique place to write from.
