2018 Main Conference Talk
Topic(s): content strategy, cross/omni channel, information architecture, strategy, and techniques
The last decade has seen an explosion of channels and devices. And the pace of change is only accelerating.
How do you prepare for the next disruption? Are you ready for the new frontier where we interact with our voice rather than clicking, tapping, and reading?
It’s time for an end-to-end process for building a structured content framework. One that lets you plan and design interfaces and content delivery systems that meet the needs of today and are ready for the opportunities of tomorrow.
Attendees will discover a design method that starts with content, not pixels, by showing the interplay of content strategy, content design, and content management.
