Our college’s website had amassed over 5,000 pages of outdated PDFs, duplicated content, and poorly converted files, creating accessibility barriers and a disorganized user experience. I led a comprehensive overhaul, eliminating obsolete content, resolving governance issues, and implementing a dynamic, accessible structure. Focusing on the course catalog, I transitioned from static PDFs to structured content using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and HandleBars JS within eLumen. This approach transformed the catalog into reusable, adaptable data elements, improving accessibility, efficiency, and user engagement while meeting high standards for discoverability and inclusivity.
