Let’s demystify the invisible experiences through service design thinking by identifying a delta between the people, props and process to comprehend some efficient concepts which works across different service levels. We will discuss some workshop models, way-finding through thematic analysis and testing service propositions at conceptualisation.

About the speakers

Nisha Shetty
Nisha Shetty

Nisha is a design thinker who likes to bind humans, technology and environment with design strategy & empathy. She is a Masters in Information Technology from Mumbai University (India) and currently works as Service Designer with Airties (Belgium). With her tech education and design experience, Nisha likes to comprehend how different systems works in unison to provide an efficient experience to the users. She has spoken at various conferences, meet-ups and talk shows to address sustainability, research and inclusivity in experience design.
