Using Remo

As an IAC21 attendee, you should have received an invitation to join Remo from noreply@remoinvite1.co. If you cannot find this email, contact us at info@theIAconference.com so that we can resend it. Each attendee should receive a unique link which can be used to set up a profile page and participate in live sessions.

Remo will be used to host live watch parties, Q&As, and social events during the main conference. Buildings will be open for approximately eight hours at a time. Conversations in Remo are not archived; to continue discussions asychronously, use Discord.

Technical Requirements

To see if your system supports all functionality run Remo’s System Configuration Tool. Officially, Remo supports Windows 10 and Mac OS X 10.13+. Recommended browsers are

  • Google Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari

Supported Devices

Remo recommends either a desktop or laptop computer. Mobile support is currently in beta and may provide limited functionality. There’s no tech support that we can provide if you use a mobile device to join Remo.
